Brine respects the privacy rights of our online visitors and recognizes the importance of protecting the information we collect about you. What information is collected?
Brine only collects personal information from our online visitors on a voluntary basis and only during (1) contest registration; (2) newsletter registration; (3) surveys. Personal information collected may include your name, email address, phone number, home address and birth date. Brine also may collect demographic information from visitors, such as age, gender, geographic location, sport interests, positions played, stores you shop at, or what products you own. This information helps us improve our product and online offerings and allows us to tailor information to your preferences.

A special note about children 12 years old and under
Brine encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children. We urge parents to instruct their children to never give out their real names, addresses or phone numbers, without permission, when using the Internet. We recognize a special obligation to protect personal information obtained from young children.

What happens to the information provided?
When you register on a Brine Web site, you will be asked to provide personally identifying information. The information you provide will allow us to alert you to new products, features and enhancements; special offers; and contests and events of interest. Such announcements are delivered via email if you opt-in to this service. Brine does not sell personal information that we collect.

Opt-out and removal from Brine's email list
If you do not want Brine to send you email about our products and services, you can opt-out at the time of registration or information collection. If you have opted-in and at a later date you choose to have your name removed from our email database, you can do so by returning to the registration page on the Brine Web site to unsubscribe, or by sending an email to info@brine.com with your name, email address, and a note asking to be removed from the Brine Club.
